58th night..both me and
joleen were late again and was already 12.45pm when we met..
=P=P
the event was held at level 3 at the outdoor..
we checked out the place first since her ou xiang, the Dj, whose name is
jianwen, will only be there at 3pm cause of some delays..
then we went down to basement 2 to grab some food..
i didn't have anything before i came out.. ^^
there is a restaurant there which sells hong kong style of food..
i was attracted by the sticks of fishballs, and other types of snacks at the entrance..
i bought 3 sticks, and
joleen got 4.. ^^
oh by the way..
most of the photos are with
joleen cause my handphone was out of battery due to the forgetful me who forgot to charge the phone.. =.=
so i shall post all the photos only when i got them from her.. ^^
ok then we were thirsty and we bought our drinks from starbucks..
i got caramel frappuccino and
joleen got vanilla frappuccino..
i think i prefer coffee beans's caramel drink to starbucks because coffee beans gives MORE CARAMEL~~ LOL =P=P
i just lOVE caramel la.. ^^
ok..
then we went back to level 3 and started staying at that area although it was SUPER HOT..
both of us were like sweating like hell..
there are sure many people like us..
anyway, so the event was organised to promote a website omy.sg..
there were free manicure, makeover, and some games..
i had a manicure done..
done by a monsoon manicurist..
but since it's free.. not so professionally done la.. haha..
then we keep playing the games available there..
actually in total there were like only 4 games..
both of us kept repeating playing, trying to get our hands on some prizes la.. LOL..
we got 2 free movie passes to 'My DNA says I Love You'..
i'll be meeting her to watch it.. ^^
then a poster of the movie as well..
for every participation in any game will be given a handphone strap..
we got like 13 in total.. LOL..
7 belongs to me and i gave them to my daddy to sell in the shop..
$1/piece.. LOL..
then we got something like a glove which has a shape of a hand.. *obviously..*

it sure does help alot as a fan.. haha
then i got a polo shirt for getting the golf ball in 3 different holes and only 3 tries for each hole..
we queued for 3 times before i got it.. HAHA..
then there was this big prize..
a trip for 2 to MALDIVES!!!
OMG lo.. i ALMOST GOT THEM!!
ok.. the game was like this..
3 participants will stand in a pool of balls..
1 of them was me, and the other 2 aunties..
actually i didn't intend to take part de..
before the game starts, a crew standing beside me asked if i wanna play..
i was still thinking about it for like just 2seconds..
then she told the host, which is
jianwen, that i wanna play!
then he ask me up lo..
added that 'so young wanna go maldives le ar?' in chinese..
he chose the other 2 aunties de..
i asked
joleen to go with me she don't want.. boo..
so me, with the 2 aunties, stood in the pool of balls..
the game was just find 5 balls which has a number of 7-5-8-5-8 on them..
before it started, i already saw 5, 8, 5, 8 around my legs..
then the aunties in front of me saw them and she started coming near me la..
game started and she koped 1 of it which i forgot which!!
luckily i found a replacement fast and got the 7 as well..
JUST WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO SHOW
JIANWEN THE 5BALLS IN MY HAND,
THE OTHER AUNTIE SHOWED HIM JUST A SECOND BEFORE ME!!

so the auntie got the tickets.. SOBX!!!!
and as for the auntie who koped my ball,
she ended up with only a 5 and a 8 in her hands..
WAHAHAHA!! serve her right for koping mine.. LOL
but saded la..
just a second away from the tickets to Maldives.. SOB

we then left the sad place because it was almost time for our movie..
lust, caution..
hmnx.. how should i say?
both of us got headache because the screen kept spinning and spinning..
and i felt like sleeping as well.. lol
i don't really understand the story..
kanna cut a lot..
all the interesting parts were cut..
so in the end the outcome so boring.. boo..
haha.. but don't want affect the mood of those who wanna watch it la..
so.. to each his own.. ^^
before the movie were trailers of some 'coming soon' movies..
there was one starting with a fairytale background,
a princess and a prince..
when i was about to tell
joleen "now what century le still got fairytales de ar?"..
then the scene changed to the modern world when the princess fell into a well..
THEN SO NICE LA!!
both of us were determined to watch it when it's up the huge screen!!
and the title is 'Enchanted'..
MUST WATCH!! interesting..
the female lead looks so much like the princess in fairytales.. haha
^^
so after movie we went hunting for a place to have dinner..
we couldn't make up our mind so we walked up and down..
in the end we decided on Thai xpress because she has the discount card.. haha
we ordered a tom yam soup each, fried squid, green curry with chicken and kai lan..
me first time eating there..
so didn't know the taste of the tom yam soup couldn't be trusted by its colour!
it looks harmless but whoo! so spicy de..
we were so fulled and was already 10+pm when we left..
we separated on our ways home at dhoby gaunt station..
will meet up with
joleen again soon for our movie de!!
preferably
xinrou mei can join us..
it would be more fun!! ^^
so looking forward to the next outing with the girls..

of coz i love u more den anything else..tomorrow will be going out after begging my mammy for such long time..
